Azerbaijan sees monthly growth in UnionPay card transactions
In June, transactions using UnionPay cards issued by resident financial institutions in Azerbaijan rose significantly, with total volumes increasing by about 33 percent to approximately 40,000 manat. Meanwhile, operations with UnionPay cards from non-resident institutions remained stable, highlighting steady foreign card usage amid growing local payment activity.
