If Iranians observe conservation measures they shouldn't experience disruptions in their water and electricity services.
After a cabinet meeting, Energy Minister Majid Namjoo told reporters Iran's water and electricity supplies will meet demand this summer thanks to early planning and the building of more power stations and water projects, ISNA reports.
Mr. Namjoo added that Iran has plans to complete 70 dams and electricity produced from the Bushehr nuclear power plant will be added to the national grid once Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation allows it. Electricity from the Bushehr plant had been added to Iran's overall network, but has been taken off the grid for testing, said Mr. Namjoo.
