The Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry's Azerpocht enterprise has issued a tender to train post office employees as part of the Development of Financial Services project.
The consulting services should be offered in accounting, domestic auditing, international accounting standards, client services, marketing and new product development, risks control, financial services, IT, human resources, career development, strategic control and physical and information security.
The consultant should have at least 5 years of experience.
Applications must be submitted to Azerpocht by March 10.
The Development of Financial Services project costs $17.5 million. A total of $12.5 million was allocated by the World Bank and the remaining $5 million by the Azerbaijani government.
The project aims to improve financial services in regions and city centers and promote economic growth by building business infrastructure.
