The new money tariffing system for prepaid-clients will enable them to control costs, Azercell Chief Ali Agan reported on Friday. The prepaid network will transfer to the money tariff system on the night of April 30-May 1.
"Apart from the new money tariffing system, clients will be offered new tariff plans at most affordable prices. Discounts of up to 60 percent are provided here," Agan said.
The works to launch the system began in late 2009. Millions were invested in the project. Some 40 specialists and engineers took part.
From now on, payments of SimSim subscribers will be also calculated in manats instead of units. Worth to mention that in 1998 Azercell Telecom became one of the first companies in the world to apply pre-paid payments and units. Back then it was up-to-date system in the mobile communication.
Nowadays it becomes yet again a necessity of time to transfer SimSim subscribers from unit-based system to manat. The main goal of conversion is to enable millions of subscribers to be more informed about their phone talks and easily compare the charges. Azercell is confident that this new system will help subscribers to manage the phone talks and control ongoing balance.
"Taking into account mainly the wishes and comfort for our subscribers, we decided to switch from units to manat-based billing. Following the hard work, we managed to apply this system. We do hope that this new system will be both comfortable and beneficial for our subscribers".
As of May 1 Azercell postpaid and prepaid subscribers will be able to opt for either "Bizimkiler" or "Her Yere" new tariff packages. One of the advantageous of these new tariffs for postpaid is the absence of monthly fee for these two tariffs.
Youth-oriented and renewed "GencSim" tariff is available for SimSim subscribers. Given dominance of the business people among postpaid subscribers, we offer them a new "Biznes200" tariff: on-net 200 minutes and 200 SMS. "Dovletcell" and "MediaCell" also became more attractive now.
