BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 21. Citizens of Kazakhstan acquired 954 real estate properties in Türkiye from January through November 2024, a decrease of 388 properties compared to the same time last year, Trend reports via the State Land Registry and Real Estate Purchase and Sale Authority of Türkiye.
According to the information, in November this year, citizens of Kazakhstan purchased 76 real estate objects in Türkiye, which is 41 objects less than in November 2023.
In the meantime, Türkiye saw a total of 153,014 apartment purchases in November 2024, a 63.6 percent increase from November 2023.
The information indicates that more than 1.2 million apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through November 2024, which is 16.4 percent more than in the same period of 2023.
In November 2024, Türkiye marketed about 2,151 apartments to foreign nationals, an 8.2 percent decrease from the same month in 2023.
To note, foreign nationals purchased 21,363 apartments in Türkiye from January through November 2024, 35.1 percent less than in the same period last year.
