BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 8. Tax revenues to the state budget of Azerbaijan amounted to 10.272 billion manat ($6.04 billion) from January through July 2024, Trend reports.
According to the State Tax Service of Azerbaijan (STS), tax revenues to the state budget decreased by 8.5 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
During this period, receipts from the non-oil and gas sector increased by 12.6 percent, or 778.8 million manat ($457.5 million), reaching 6.944 billion manat ($4.08 billion).
The State Tax Service reported that 67.6 percent of the taxes paid came from the non-oil and gas sector, while 32.4 percent came from the oil and gas sector.
