Within two months, Azerbaijani Azerneqliyyat Bank plans to increase its authorized capital to 25 million manat at the expense of additional issuance of shares and their distribution amongst the existing shareholders of the bank, chairman of the bank's board Emin Mammadov said on August 11.
"In July 2009, the authorized capital was increased from 10.7 million to 15 million manat, and within two months it will be increased up to 25 million manat," said Mammadov.
Assets of Azerneqliyyat Bank as of 1 July amounted to 69.72 million manats. The total capital amounted to 12.72 million manats. Net profit of the bank as of 1 July was 1.07 million manats.
Current rate on August 11 is 0.8043 AZN/USD.
