In the first seven months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2018), concentrated coal production by Tabas Parvadeh and Central Alborz coal companies owned by the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) has increased by 10 percent, Mizan News Agency reported.
Tabas Parvadeh and Central Alborz coal companies produced 431,295 tons of concentrated coal in 7 months, while this figure was 392,825 tons in the same period last year, according to the report.
The company Tabas Parvadeh produced 377,887 tons of concentrated coal and the company Central Alborz produced 53,408 tons of concentrated coal.
These two companies also extracted 1.029 tons of coal in the first seven months of the current year. This is a 12 percent growth compared with the same period last year (923,075 tons).
The company Tabas Parvadeh extracted 934,381 tons of coal and the company Central Alborz extracted 94,857 tons of coal.
In September 23-October 22, Tabas Parvadeh and Central Alborz coal companies produced 66,848 tons of concentrated coal, extracted 126,168 tons of coal and sent 43,997 tons of concentrated coal to their customers.
