Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 17 / Trend / From Jan. to Nov. Azerbaijan produced about 41mln tons of oil and condensate, which is by 5.5% more than the figure of the same period in 2007, the State Statistic Committee said.
Major amount of oil production fell on the Azerbaijani International Operation Company from Jan. to Nov., which produced 33mln tons of oil and condensate in offshore Azeri-Chirag0Guneshli fields.
From Jan. to Nov., gas production in Azerbaijan amounted to about 21bln cu.m, which is by 42.7 more than the figure of the same period in 2007. A total of 8bln cu.m of gas fell on the Azerbaijani International Operation Company, which is by 68.2% more than in 2007.
In this period, Azerbaijan produced more than 18.1bln KW/h of power and this figure is by 1.5% less than the figure of the same period in 2007.
