Batumi Oil Terminal increased transshipment of oil products over the first four months of 2012, the terminal told Trend on Wednesday.
In January-April 2012 the terminal transshipped 1.805.488 million tons of oil products, which is 189,141 tons more than the same period of 2011.
In January-April 2011 the terminal transshipped 1.616.346 million tons of oil products.
In April 2012 the terminal handled 419,383 tons of oil products, which is less than last year's figure. The figure hit 508,144 tons last year.
Crude oil in the volume of 332,956 tons, gasoline - 37,699 tons, fuel oil - 14,998 tons, propane-butane mixture - 12,505 tons, diesel fuel - 10,530 tons, other light products - 6,266 tons, aviation fuel - 4,425 tons were transshipped in April.
