The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) continues drilling work on all fields. Unfavorable weather conditions do not hinder drilling, excepting, some difficulties with equipment delivery, SOCAR told Trend.
On Friday deepening figures of drilling comprised 430 meters on all fields, or 9 meters per drilling rig. The figure meets daily norms of drilling, SOCAR said.
According to SOCAR, vessels did not manage to deliver necessary devices in time to continue drilling in the sea due to weather conditions. Nevertheless, the issue has already been solved.
Touching upon the food delivery to the foundation in the sea, SOCAR noted that there were reserves of water and food on every platform. Therefore, temporary problems with delivery do not evolve problems.
