The third meeting of the Iranian and Russian transportation seminar is being conducted in Moscow starting from Tuesday.
IRNA news agency reported that an Iranian delegation led by Majid Assadi Deputy for Economic Planning for the Ministry of Road and Transportation met with a group headed by Alexander Davidenkoff Director of the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport of Russia.
The Iranian delegation includes seven specialists from waterway, railway and road transport sectors accompanied by the Iranian Deputy Road and Transportation Minister.
In the three-day meeting of the Iranian and Russian workshop, specialists from the two countries will review ways of enhancing mutual cooperation, removing transportation obstacles, alleviating visa problems for drivers, and eliminating obstacles for Iranian truckers passing through Russian borders in compliance with the International "North-South" Transport Corridor.
