The investigation of an armed incident in the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy is under completion, Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov told media today.
According to him, the public will be informed about the results of the investigation.
A gunman attacked the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on April 30. The gunman entered the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in Baku and climbed five floors of the building, shooting everyone he met along the way and killed 12, wounded 13.
The victims of the tragedy were 12 people, 13 - were wounded.
Georgian citizen Gadirov Farda Asad , 29, began shooting. Farda surrounded by the police committed suicide.
Three specially made cartridge designed for 40 bullets, 71 cartridges, two pistol magazines were ceased.
The criminal case was filed under the articles of the Criminal Code - 120.2.2 (murder committed from hooligan prompting), 120.2.4 (murder committed with special cruelty or in publicly dangers way), 120.2.7 (murder of two or more persons), and 228.1 (Illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies (except for the smooth-bore hunting weapon and ammunition to it), explosives).
