Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 12 / Trend , J.Babayeva/ Azerbaijani youth and students living and studying in the Baltic countries united in one organization - Azerbaijani Youth and Student Association.
A founding conference of the Association took place at annual meeting of the Baltic Azerbaijanis Congress. It has been decided to establish a council, comprising five representatives of each Baltic country, and a board, including three people, the Azerbaijani State Committee on Diaspora Affairs told Trend on Dec. 12.
Youth, representing three Baltic countries, have been elected co-chairmen at the Association and coordinating affairs on these countries have been commissioned to coordinator and secretariat institution. A work group, comprising two people from each country, has been organized to develop regulation of the Association. Headquarters of the Association will be located in Riga.
The State Committee hailed unification of Azerbaijani youth and students living and studying in the Baltic countries and undertook to design a website of the organization.
