A plane which carried a group of leaders of Azerbaijan's leading media source and NGOs had to make a emergency landing in the Ganja Airport. Notably, the plain has been departed for Nakhchivan from the Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport today in the morning at 8:00 a. m. It was reported by Trend Special Correspondent, who was in the team of the delegation flying by this airplane.
The delegation was departed from Baku to pay a working visit to Turkey.
An hour later after the airplane was departed from the Baku Airport, during the airplane's flying up to Nakchivan, the passengers was told that the airplane had to fly back to Baku due to the strong fog in the region. However, some time later, another announcement was made. They announced that the airplane would land in the ganja International Airport.
At present, the passenger airplane is currently in the Ganja Airport and the crew is waiting till the weather allows further flying.
