The electronic registration of joint ventures and companies with 100 per cent foreign capital will be possible in Azerbaijan in the future, deputy tax minister Sahib Alakbarov told media today.
"At present, it is possible to register limited liability companies with local capital," he said. "Their share is 85 per cent of the total number of commercial firms."
He said that the ministry is already working to expand the scope of the electronic registration process. All commercial organisations will be able to use it.
