Azerbaijan’s Garadagh Metal Constructions Plant will increase production volumes up to 80-90 percent of the design capacity of the plant in 2019, chairman of the board of directors of the plant Rufat Sudjayev told Trend on Jan. 16.
Sudjayev stressed that the plant used 40 percent of the available production capacity in 2018.
"We have big expectations in 2019,” he said. “Special attention has been recently paid to the development of industry. New jobs will be created in the country thanks to the attention paid to this sphere."
Commenting on the export, Sudjayev stressed that the products are planned to be exported to the Caspian countries, namely, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Nevertheless, today the main forces are aimed at ensuring domestic demand.
Garadagh Metal Constructions Plant is engaged in the production of metal structures for the construction of industrial enterprises, business centers, warehouses, plants, factories, shopping malls, big markets.
Garadagh Metal Constructions Plant opened in 2012. The production area of the plant is 23,000 square meters, the staff is 750 people.
The plant participated in the construction of many big facilities in the country, in particular, such as the Baku Olympic Stadium, the building of the State Oil Fund, an agricultural park in Shamkir region, various livestock farms, enterprises, and so on.
