On September 14, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan held labor fairs in Yevlakh and Naftalan. As a result of the fairs, 198 people were employed in Yevlakh, Trend reports with reference to Head Employment Department of the Ministry. Generally the fair was attended by 50 enterprises with 453 vacancies.
In Naftalan, the number of employed people equaled 33. The fair in this district brought together 19 enterprises with 84 vacancies. 20 people was involved in public paid works.
It was stated in the Department that by present the Ministry has held 46 labor fairs in various regions of Azerbaijan, including Nakchivan Autonomous Republic. Generally the fairs brought together 1354 enterprises with 14774 workplaces. In result, 3363 were employed, 210 people were involved in public paid works and 164 were forwarded to training courses.
The next labor fair will be held on September 18 in Barda.
