Minister of Information and Communications Technologies of Uzbekistan Azim Ahmedkhadzhayev held a meeting with representatives of the Belarusian company Wargaming, the press service of the Ministry of Information and Communications said on April 26.
The Wargaming is a developer of popular online computer games World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships.
The guests briefed the Uzbek side on the successful experience of the company in promoting computer games around the world during the meeting. The sides also discussed possibilities of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation in development of computer games that contribute to patriotic education of young people.
As part of the visit of the foreign company, several meetings with Uzbektelecom and Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center are planned to be held to learn about Wargaming's experience in promoting computer games capable of developing modern communication technologies.
