In Kyrgyzstan two presidential candidates withdrew their applications from the Central Election Commission, the agency reports, news agency "24.kg" reported.
Yesterday, August 16, self-promoted candidates Viktor Vinogradov and Ulugbek Babakulov appealed to the Central Election Commission with their applications about the withdrawal of their candidatures for the post of the president of the country. Two journalists took a decision not to participate in the election campaign.
Recall, the registration of the candidates will be completed on September 25, 2011. On the same day electioneering will begin and finished on October 29.
The elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic are appointed on October 30, 2011.
