BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 26. The trade volume between Turkmenistan and Germany has been steadily increasing since 2018, reaching its peak in 2022, the source at Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, told Trend.
The trade turnover between the two countries amounted to more than 203.1 million euros last year, which is almost 39 percent more than in 2018 (146.51 million euros).
In recent years, Turkmenistan and Germany have been significantly bolstering their trade relations, fostering the expansion of mutually advantageous trade turnover, which surpassed 1.1 billion euros from the onset of 2018 to the conclusion of 2023.
The peak trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Germany during this period was in 2022, reaching 241.32 million euros, while the lowest was in 2018 at 146.51 million euros.
