He made the statement during the deliberation of the draft law
"On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026" at
today's plenary session of the Azerbaijani Parliament.

creation of the Caspian-Black Sea-Europe and Central
Asia-Azerbaijan green energy corridors and the start of work in

"Thanks to the improvement of the country's existing
infrastructure on transport corridors in recent years and the

transportation) in 2024 increased 2.5 times compared to 2019,
reaching 14.5 million tons."
Jabbarov added that the project, launched as part of a
public-private partnership, is of great importance in terms of
technology transfer.
''The $407 million Caspian Sea desalination project, launched as

ensuring the country's water security, technology transfer, and

revive the construction sector, which has played an important role
