Iran will increase its light oil production from 8,000 barrels to 75,000 barrel per day and progress development plans at Lavan oil field, SHANA reported quoting the Lavan oil field manager as saying.
The Lavan Oil Refinery Company needs renewing oil platforms and increasing investment to develop Reshadat oil field production for next 25 years, Mohammad Ebrahimi said.
Furthermore, new platforms will be installed in Reshadat oil field next Iranian year (from March 20, 2011 to March 21, 2012) to commission ahead of schedule.
The oil company has installed new excavations for 28 new oil wells in Reshadat oil field, while the development process is complete by 60 percent.
