BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 27. The value of imports to Uzbekistan amounted to $21.9 billion from January through September 2022, which is an increase of 22.3 percent compared to the same period last year ($17.9 billion), Trend reports citing the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
At the same time, imports from the CIS countries amounted to $8.4 billion, and from other countries - $13.5 billion.
Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover from January through September 2022 amounted to $36 billion, which is an increase of 27.2 percent compared to the same period in 2021 ($28.3 billion).
