Iran's Bushehr Province reopens number of enterprises

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 13. Over the past three years, Bushehr Province in southern Iran has restored 170 industrial and agricultural enterprises, Trend reports.

Deputy Governor of Bushehr Province, Ali Bastin, stated that 749 licenses for establishing industrial enterprises have been issued, with 270 trillion rials ($6.4 billion) invested.

During this period, 143 new industrial enterprises were launched, costing 94 trillion rials ($2.2 billion). Additionally, seven mines were put into operation, with an investment of 226 billion rials ($5.36 million).

Bushehr Province has 24 industrial parks and special economic zones. Iran as a whole has 851 industrial parks, housing over 55,000 industrial enterprises and employing more than one million people.
