On Thursday Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili met with the local Azerbaijani population in the villages of Dmanisi and Bolnisi.
During the meeting Mikheil Saakashvili said that no one should ever bring back thugs to the streets of towns and villages of Georgia.
According to him, no one should take away the property earned with labour, and no one has the right to insult Azerbaijanis living in Georgia, as they participated in the creation of the new Georgia. Saakashvili said that all nations are equal in today's Georgia.
Earlier, the Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili addressed the villagers of the Algeti village in Marneuli region. Saakashvili called on residents of Marneuli to make the right choice in the presidential election, to be held on October 27.
Georgian President said he is proud that thanks to him and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev the relations between Georgia and Azerbaijan have become better than ever.
