BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 13. In the sixth month of the current Iranian year (from March 20 to September 21, 2024), Iran's non-oil exports to Russia rose by 12%, with a 20% increase in weight compared to the same period last year (from March 21 to September 22, 2023), Trend reports.
During this period, Iran's non-oil exports to Russia totaled 1.29 million tons, valued at $494 million.
In the corresponding period last year, Iran exported 1.07 million tons of goods worth $440 million to Russia.
The statistics indicate that Iran primarily exported agricultural products, petrochemicals, and various industrial goods to Russia.
Additionally, the Iranian Customs Administration reported that Iran exported 70 million tons of non-oil products worth $25.8 billion over six months.
When compared to the same period last year, the export of non-oil products saw a 6.5% increase in value and a 3.5% rise in weight.
