BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 14. In the first half of 2023, Anglo Asian Mining (AAM) produced 14,600 ounces of gold in Azerbaijan, which is 30.1 percent lower compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
According to the company's report, copper production in the mentioned period increased by 42 percent year-on-year, from 1,283 to 1,860 tons, while silver production decreased from 99,540 ounces to 44,570 ounces, which is a 55.22 percent decrease.
Furthermore, the company maintains its targeted production level of 50-54,000 ounces in gold equivalent for the year 2023 and continues to successfully implement its growth strategy.
At the same time, the company's inventory, as of June 30, 2023, was valued at $8.9 million.
