BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 5. Azerbaijan's state budget revenues totaled 13.9 billion manat ($8 billion) from January through April 2025, exceeding the four-month forecast by 219.7 million manat ($129 million), or 1.6 percent.
The data obtained by Trend from the Ministry of Finance shows that the reporting period's budget expenditures amounted to 11.19 billion manat ($6.6 billion) compared to the forecasted 10.9 billion manat ($6.4 billion), marking their 97.9 percent execution.
The revenues through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 6.9 billion manat ($4 billion), exceeding the forecast by 398.2 million manat ($234.5 million), or 6.1 percent; the State Customs Committee - two billion manat ($1.22 billion), exceeding the forecast by 37.9 million manat ($22.3 million), or 1.9 percent; and the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy million manat ($8.7 million), exceeding the forecast by 3.2 million manat ($1.9 million), or 27.2 percent.
Other revenues amounted to 182.3 million manat ($107.8 million), exceeding the forecast by 100.4 million manat ($59.2 million), or 122.4 percent.
Revenues from paid services by state-funded organizations amounted to 200.3 million manat ($118.2 million), exceeding the forecast by 71.9 million manat ($42.4 million), or 26.4 percent. Transfers from the State Oil Fund amounted to 4.579 billion manat ($2.70 billion), falling short of the forecast by 247.9 million manat ($146.5 million), or 5.1 percent.
The execution of state budget revenues showed high indicators in the first four months of this year, and more than 440,000 payment orders were executed in connection with the expenditures.
