The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of Azerbaijani insurance companies A-Group worth 2,650,500 manat, the State Committee said.
About 7,750 shares with a nominal value of each of 342 manat were registered.
The authorized capital of A-Qroup will be increased from the current 1.55 million to 2.65 million manat.
