Nur Sud LLC, an industrial production company in Azerbaijan, is considering options for expanding the range of its products, a source at the company told Trend.
The source noted that the company is planning to diversify the production of cheeses and yogurts.
"The process of manufacturing the company's new products has not yet begun, but we plan to do this before the end of 2019. First of all, we envisage expanding the range of cheeses, since this type of dairy products enjoy the greatest demand in the domestic market, and, of course, we are thinking about exporting them," the source said.
The source also noted that the main product of the company is milk, but cheese is in the greatest demand on the market.
Currently, the company produces five varieties of milk, and a number of cheese and yogurt varieties. Manufactured products have a certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents, as well as a hygienic certificate issued by the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan.
The company uses equipment of Swedish production.
