BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 16. Azerbaijan exported 142,135 tons of petroleum coke worth $12 million abroad from January through July 2024, marking a 20.86 percent year-on-year reduction, Trend reports.
Data from the nation's State Customs Committee indicates that the export value decreased by 4.12 times compared to the same period in 2023.
The share of petroleum coke in the country’s total exports was 0.07 percent.
To note, Azerbaijan exported almost 179,600 tons of petroleum coke worth $49.5 million during the first seven months last year.
