A meeting of Billur Electronics' shareholders will be held in Ganja on Sept. 23.
The company will report on financial activities for 2008, affirm the company's balance sheet for 2008, as well as discuss financial assistances to the company's shareholders under the global financial crisis conditions.
At present, Billur Electronics produces LCD TV sets with 32, 40 and 46 inche of monitors, which are sold in networks in Baku, Ganja, Tovuz and Gazakh. The company plans to produce LCD TV set with 15 inch under Billur brend.
The company also produces LCD monitors, portable and table PC, automatic cash terminals, counters for water and energy, air conditioners, electric terminals and mini-accumulators.
