Turkmenistan's Turkmennebit (Turkmenoil) State Concern has announced a tender to purchase drilling, all-factory and technological equipment.
Those willing to participate in the tender should get specification of the lot, the technical requirements and the main terms of the contract.
Moreover, bidders should obtain invoice to pay $575 (including VAT) for participation in the tender.
Bids will be accepted until Sept. 22, 2018.
