EU summit delayed due to negotiations in Minsk

The Summit of EU Heads of State and Government, that was to be held in Brussels Feb. 12, will be delayed due to the ongoing negotiations of "Norman Quartet" in Minsk, the head of the European Council Donald Tusk said, TASS reported.

The talks among the presidents of Russia, Ukraine, France, Vladimir Putin, Petro Poroshenko and Francois Hollande, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are underway in Minsk.

Following the meeting, the leaders of four countries are expected to sign a document to resolve the conflict in Donbass.
