I.Khalilova / The State economic delegation from Azerbaijan headed by Heydar Babayev, the Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development, leaves to Tallinn on 21 January. During the two day visit, Babayev will hold official meetings with the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Speaker of the Estonian Parliament.
The Azerbaijani-Estonian business-forum to demonstrate the Azerbaijani investment capacity will be held within the framework of the visit. Babayev will go to Lithuania from Estonia on 24 January to meet with Jurijs Strods, the Lithuanian Minister of Economic Development. Strods visited Baku in June 2007. Azerbaijan considers fruitful the cooperation with the two countries. Within the framework of the partnership with Lithuanian companies Azerbaijani entrepreneurs may use the possible enter to the market of the Middle Asia. Lithuania, in its turn, stated about its interest of Lithuanian businessmen in cooperation in educational, exchange of experience and information technology spheres with Azerbaijan.
