In the first six months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), Iran imported over 369 tons of lightbulb sockets from six countries, Miraz News Agency reported citing Iran's Customs Administration (IRICA).
The report noted that $463,866 were spent on 369,803 kilograms of lightbulb sockets.
The lightbulb sockets were imported from the UAE, China, Turkey, Italy, Germany and India, the report said.
China with $308,266 or 273 tons of sockets accounted for the biggest share of Iran's lightbulb socket imports.
