The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan's (SOCAR) "Azerikimya" Production Union announces tender for export of the "waste mercury".
Bid shall contain all provisions regarding transportation, packaging and etc. of appropriate toxic substances in accordance with Laws and regulations of Azerbaijan Republic.
Delivery period: All quantity of the waste mercury shall be delivered by sole shipment under agreed schedule during June-December 2012.
Please provide your proposal in a sealed envelope to the office of SOCAR "Azerikimya" PU in Sumgait city Samad Vurgun 86 and send another copy to fax no +994(18) 655 96 37, or to email address: [email protected] or [email protected] not later than 17.00 Local Baku Time on 22/05/2012
A late proposal will not be considered even if the reason is due to factors beyond the control of bidder.
Bidder may modify or withdraw his proposal after proposal submission, provided that the modification or notice of withdrawal by bidder is received in writing by "Azerikimya" PU prior to the prescribed deadline for submission of bids. Information related evaluation and comparison of bids and recommendations concerning the award of contract shall not be disclosed to bidders or other persons.
"Azerikimya" PU shall award contract to bidder whose proposal has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the most competitive evaluated proposal Price.
"Azerikimya" PU reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the grounds for "Azerikimya" PU's action.
