Georgia, Tbilisi, March 25 / Trend corr. N. Kirtshalia / This morning the Rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) arrived in Tbilisi. The delegation includes PACE MPs - Mathias Iorsh, Castro Islam and Bass Klein.
As reported in the Parliament of Georgia, within the framework of the visit the rapporteurs will meet with President Mikhail Saakashvili, Prime Minister Nika Gilauri, the First Vice-Speaker of Parliament, Mikheil Machavariani, Deputy Chairman of the Temporary Parliamentary Commission for the Study of the August war Khatuna Gogorishvili, representatives of parliamentary factions, the Justice Minister Zurab Adeishvili, Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze and his deputy Gigoy Bokeria, as well as with representatives of groups working on the Electoral Code.
Also there are scheduled meetings of European guests with members of unparliamentary opposition, in particular with the leader of the party "Democratic Movement - Unified Georgia" Nino Burjanadze and the head of "Alliance for Georgia" Irakli Alasania.
Rapporteurs of PACE Monitoring Committee to visit the office of the Delegation of the Council of Europe in Georgia.
The delegation will leave Georgia on March 27.
