Six people were killed and 49 injured on Wednesday in clashes between anti-military protesters and unknown assailants in Cairo, the Health Ministry said.
The injuries include birdshot wounds, fractures and bruises, reported state television, quoting Khaled al-Khatib, an official at the ministry, DPA reported.
