Sports football pool will be launched in Azerbaijan from 2010.
Officially tote start working in May, told journalists on Monday.
A football pool will officially operate from May, Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov told media today.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports was created Azeridmanservis department. It will work jointly with the Turkish company Intelteh, the minister said.
The state will receive 70 percent of profit from a football pool, and 30 percent - the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA). These funds will be spent on sports development, including children's football, the minister said.
