Trade between Azerbaijan and Germany reached just over $1 billion in the first eight months of the year, with exports declining slightly while imports saw moderate growth. Germany accounted for around 3 percent of Azerbaijan’s total foreign trade, ranking fifth among the country’s key trading partners.
