Georgia released the Sloman Themis tanker, which was arrested at the first berth of the Kulevi port because of a sea pollution on Aug.26, the Georgian Border Police reporter.
The tanker was released after the captain, Croatian citizen Romano Mizholovich, paid a fine at 74,680. The tanker was granted the right to navigate freely after the fine is paid.
The Sloman Themis tanker was flying under the Marshall Islands flag.
