Azerbaijani, Pakistani, Turkish female entrepreneurs to exchange business experience

The meetings with members of the Azerbaijani Association of Women Entrepreneurs are expected to be held to exchange business experience during the upcoming visit of Pakistani and Turkish female entrepreneurs to Azerbaijan to participate in the food exhibition, Sakina Babayeva, head of the Azerbaijani Association of Women Entrepreneurs, told Trend.

“The various Azerbaijani food products, which are also exported to Pakistan and Turkey, will be showcased at the exhibition,” she added.

"The food products of several Azerbaijani companies which also plan to establish joint business with foreign partners will be showcased at the exhibition,” Babayeva said. “We look forward to sharing experience with colleagues from abroad. We intend to hold fruitful meetings to discuss the issues related to the development, support and expansion of business in the field of female entrepreneurship."

The meetings will be held during the visit of Turkish and Pakistani entrepreneurs to Baku in the first half of April.

The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan was created with the support of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of Azerbaijan and was established in October 2017.

Over 143,000 women are engaged in business in Azerbaijan, according to the statistics.
