In January-November, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic ( SOCAR) transferred more than 3.9 billion cubic meters of gas to the Azerenergy Joint Stock (the largest electricity producer in Azerbaijan) as fuel compared to over 4,4 billion cubic meters during the same period of 2008, SOCAR reported.
In November Azerenergy was transferred approximately 310.3 million cubic meters of gas.
In 2008, the company transferred to Azerenergy around five billion cubic meters of gas. In 2007 this figure amounted to 3.4 billion.
