BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 2. The foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) as of November 29, 2024, grew year-on-year.
The data obtained by Trend from the CBA shows that this figure amounted to $10.9 billion, which is 3.31 percent ($351.9 million) more than the figure for the same period in 2023, but 3.55 percent ($403.9 million) less than the previous month's figure.
The CBA's foreign exchange reserves stood at $10.6 billion as of November 30, 2023, and $11.37 billion as of October 31, 2024.
To note, the CBA data indicates that Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves amounted to $68.5 billion at the end of 2023.
