Many Kazakh students are still thinking about choosing a place to study. Faithful young people of Kazakhstan have already made their choice and will go to eight madrasahs, which can give students the necessary knowledge of Islam, CaspioNet reported.
The madrasah graduate receives vocational secondary education. 60% of the disciplines are devoted to Islam, Koran studies and the history of religions and 40% are general subjects. Students receive religious education free-of-charge.
Kazakhstan has over 2,300 mosques and the Muslim Spiritual Administration says that they are facing a shortage of personnel. The supreme mufti of Kazakhstan Absattar Hajji Derbissali said that the madrasahs of the country could help to tackle the situation.
