Kyrgyz authorities should increase penalty rate for violation of fire prevention rules, Ata-Zhurt faction member Dastan Dzhumabekov stated on Monday at a meeting of the Committee on Defense and Security in Zhogorku Kenesh, 24.kg reported.
He said we should tighten punishment for violators. "It would serve as good preventive measures. It is always easier to anticipate the events rather than deal with its consequences. It would be a better way to learn experience of Western countries," he said.
