Iran sees increases in non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan

BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 11. Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan increased by 77 percent in value and 22 percent in weight during the first 3 months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through June 20, 2024) compared to the same period last year (from March 21 through June 20, 2023), the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration said, Trend reports.

According to statistics, during 3 months Iran exported 14,100 tons of non-oil products worth $23.6 million to Kyrgyzstan.

The statistics indicate that Iran's exports of non-oil products to Kyrgyzstan during the 3 months of last year amounted to 11,600 tons worth $13.4 million.

The information notes that Iran exported mainly petrochemical products, and agricultural and industrial products to Kyrgyzstan for 3 months.

However, during the last Iranian year (from March 21, 2023, through March 19, 2024), Iran's exports of non-oil products to Kyrgyzstan amounted to about 57,400 tons worth about $77.5 million. Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan increased by 11 percent in value and decreased by 0.4 percent in weight compared to the previous year (from March 21, 2022, through March 20, 2023).

According to the statistics of the Iranian Customs Administration, Iran exported 38 million tons of non-oil products worth $13.5 billion in the first 3 months of the current Iranian year. Iran's non-oil exports decreased by 7.6 percent in value and 5.6 percent in weight compared to the same month last year.
