TEHRAN, Iran, July 26. Iran Economic Minister Ehsan Khandozi said that the country`s oil and condensates exports revenues have increased by 580 percent in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started on March 21), compared with the same period last year, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"Due to the increase in oil exports and our new budget's currency conversion rate, we saw a 580-percent increase in the treasury's income from the export of oil and condensate in the first four months of the current year," Khandozi said.
He said the government successfully compensated for the budget deficit in the first 4 months of this year.
Khandozi announced a 48-percent growth in budget resources compared to the preceding year and a 16-percent increase in expenses.
